Charles brings over 20 years of precision hair-cutting and a warm and fun-loving spirit to Topiary Salon. Charles is passionate about bringing out each of his client's own unique style. He spends time getting to know his clients as individuals, many of whom have been coming to him for over a decade, and the result is a cut that works for the client's whole lifestyle. "Hair can always be changed; it is our best accessory!" says Charles. Trained in the Vidal Sassoon method of hair cutting, Charles creates cuts with precise edges, layers, and blending. He is skilled in cutting all types of hair and lengths, leaving his clients looking and feeling fabulous.
